Breast Reduction Surgery

Hello in Semester in our STEAM class we have been looking at surgery. As a ass we went to the surgical science museum to look at some of the earliest surgeries there are. We have also learned about microscopes and how to use them. We have also taken bacteria from around our school to test to see if it would show up on the microscope. For this AP we had to chose a surgery that we were interested in studying and then we had to go through the story from external to internal showing how it works.

Overall this project helped me arm more about this surgery and what really goes on during the surgery. For me this was an important project because I would like to get this surgery soon and this helped me understand more about it. Also I have gained more knowledge about the incisions you need to make in order to carry out the procedure.
